Vikas Yadav

Vikas Yadav is the Founder & Director of Saakaar Organic India Lakshya Pvt. Ltd. His vision was born from a simple but powerful thought — to address the growing need for healthy soil, sustainable agriculture, and better livelihood opportunities in rural India. He envisioned a system where vermicompost could reach every village, farmers could move towards organic farming, agricultural waste could be transformed into valuable organic manure, and rural communities could create sustainable sources of income. With the belief that India's agricultural future must begin with healthy soil, Vikas took the initiative to build Saakaar as a nationwide vermicompost ecosystem. His goal is not only to build a successful enterprise, but to create a movement that contributes to farmers, villages, the environment, and the future of India.

Jyoti Yadav is the Co-Founder and Director of Saakaar Organic India Lakshya Pvt. Ltd., driven by a strong vision to create a healthier and more sustainable future through organic agriculture. Her journey with Saakaar is rooted in the belief that healthy soil is the foundation of healthy food, healthy communities, and a healthy India. She is passionate about empowering rural communities, creating opportunities for women and youth, and making organic farming more accessible across the country. Her vision is to see every village in India have access to a vermicompost unit, enabling local production, local employment, and a stronger foundation for organic agriculture.
